Fax Requests from Other Providersįor immediate continuity of care requests, you or your health care provider can request that records are sent directly to their office. We will contact you if your request will be delayed or if we cannot fulfill your request. The legal maximum time to fulfill a request in California is 15 days, although we strive to process requests sooner. Please allow us time to process your request.
